"I decided I needed some life coaching"

After losing both my parents to cancer last year and being thrown into the stressful role of being Executor of their Estate, I decided I needed some life coaching.

I contacted Di Sutton as she came highly l recommended. Di used Matrix Therapy to help me deal with some long standing issues.

From our first session I could tell that Di was the coach for me. I found her very supportive, gentle, compassionate yet skilful at helping me focus on what was really important to me and what steps I needed to take to help me heal from a very stressful year.

Di is a warm and engaging person who puts you at ease and inspires you to make the necessary changes to achieve your goals. She also helped me identify issues that have stood in the way of my business success and assisted me in developing techniques for working through these issues.
